Star's office corridor along Highway 44 and State Street has filled in fast. The city was Idaho's fastest-growing in 2025, and new businesses move into these parks about as quickly as others move out or expand into bigger space. Worth checking before a crew shows up: whether there's dock access or just standard parking, whether an elevator or stairs are involved, and whether the building allows after-hours access so the cleanout doesn't happen in the middle of a workday. A lot of this stock is newer construction given how fast the city has grown, which usually means easier dock access than older Boise buildings, but it's still worth confirming ahead of time.
