Those programs work well for routine stuff. Where they fall short is volume and type. What usually comes out of an Eagle home

Eagle's housing stock skews toward bigger and newer. The estate homes around Two Rivers and Banbury Meadows mean bigger garages and basements, which means more furniture, more boxes, and more leftover renovation material when owners update a kitchen or bath. Lexington Hills and the newer subdivisions going up around town add their own share of builder leftovers and packaging from move-ins.

On the acreage and horse properties north of Beacon Light, it's a different mix: old fencing, collapsed sheds, and the occasional trailer or camper nobody's titled in years.
